Unfortunately, the first time we met up wasn't under the best of circumstances; little Evie was suffering from a cold and it was a rare drizzly and dready day in the South Bay. A few weeks later she was back to her bubbly self and we spent a wonderful morning at Wilderness Park! She enjoyed watching the fat koi swim in the pond and riding on top of her daddy's shoulders. We also had a great time munching on our letter prop as a late morning snack!

Elijah's turns 1 - Cake smash | Redondo Beach Baby Photography
I had a great time capturing Elijah's cake smash commemorating his first birthday! It's too bad this is only cute when you're a baby; otherwise, I would have joined him on the action too. :-)

Tammy turns one year younger | Pasadena Portrait Photography
I'd been toying with the idea of making a photo collage for a while, so when my dear cousin Tammy told me he loved the idea as much as I did, we made plans to create one of our own in celebration of her birthday. I just love the repetition and leading lines created by her hands!

Just make sure you buy a lot of flowers beforehand! If you're in the South Bay and can't be bothered with driving to downtown LA's flower mart like me, I highly recommend Boulevard Wholesale Florist (http://www.boulevardflst.com/) for a vast selection of flowers at reasonable prices.
